- You have several years of professional experience in residential construction, including several years in a leadership role.
- Your strategic, transparent, and solution-oriented approach, combined with a high degree of personal responsibility, sets you apart, as do your excellent communication and negotiation skills, which enable you to structure complex technical concepts and convey them clearly.
- In addition, you bring expertise in the areas of modular and systemic construction, smart buildings, construction process optimization, as well as digitalization and AI in the construction industry.
- You are confident in negotiations and possess comprehensive knowledge of contracts in the areas of construction, cost, and quality management, as well as a strong affinity for sustainability and digitalization in the construction industry.
- You are particularly distinguished by your ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly, make sound decisions, and lead your team with clarity, trust, and a focus on goals.
- You have a good understanding of people, recognize potential, solve challenges pragmatically, and, through your experience, make a decisive contribution to project and company success.
- You are proficient in using IT tools for data management, cost control, and presentations.
- Business-level proficiency in German and English rounds out your profile.
