Internship for Students (m/f/d) in Real Estate & Project Development

Depending on the focus of your studies and your interests, as an intern (m/f/d) and full-fledged team member, you’ll gain insight into the entire real estate cycle at our company: from preliminary analysis, acquisition, and project development to construction project management and sales processes, as well as in the corporate functions of marketing, finance, controlling, and human resources. You’ve chosen a specialization during your studies—and together with you, we’ll find projects where you can successfully apply your knowledge.
We’re looking for a dedicated intern (m/f/d) to support our team in various exciting areas. You’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into the real estate industry and gain practical experience.
Potential responsibilities:
- Market and industry analyses: You’ll assist us in researching and evaluating market and industry trends to identify relevant investment opportunities. In the process, you’ll learn how to collect, interpret, and analyze data.
- Support with purchase and sale processes: You’ll assist our experienced managers (m/f/d) with ongoing transactions, observe their work, and help prepare documentation.
- Identification of Target Properties: You’ll actively participate in the search for suitable properties and assist in developing strategies for their purchase or sale.
- Residential real estate project development: You will be actively involved in the developmentof new residential real estate projects. In this role, you will assist with site analysis, concept development, planning, and liaising with government agencies, as well as coordinating with architects and planners.
- Collaboration with external partners: You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers, for example, on project development and contract preparation.
- Project Oversight: You will be involved in construction planning, applying for building permits, and the final inspection of construction projects. You will also assist with coordinating construction work and quality assurance.
- Controlling & Reporting: You will help prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to ensure transparency regarding our project progress.
- Communication & Presentation: You’ll assist in preparing presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Marketing & Communication: You will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, such as maintaining our online presence, creating marketing materials, and managing social media activities.
- Human Resources & Administrative Tasks: You will assist with organizing job interviews, maintaining personnel files, and other administrative tasks related to human resources.
- Project Management & Coordination: You will help coordinate various trades and subcontractors, assist with requests for proposals and negotiations, and support the handling of change orders and defect rectification.
Role tasks
- You are currently studying a technical or business-related field—such as industrial engineering, real estate management, civil engineering, or architecture—and are about to complete your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- You have already gained some practical experience, for example through internships, ideally in the construction or real estate industry.
- You are confident in using standard Office programs, and you are open to innovation, digital tools, and artificial intelligence.
- You have an interest in the real estate business and can quickly and systematically familiarize yourself with new tasks, always taking a solution-oriented approach.
- You are distinguished by your strong German and English language skills as well as your clear communication abilities.
- Initiative, reliability, and team spirit round out your profile.
