- Project Management: You’ll be responsible for the development of residential real estate projects—from acquisition through planning and construction to completion.
- Financial Responsibility: You will manage the project budget and ensure that the development is completed on time and within budget.
- Strategic Development: You’ll identify new development opportunities and conduct feasibility studies.
- Coordination of External Partners: You will oversee architects and engineers during the design and planning phases.
- Contract Negotiations: You negotiate contracts with property owners, contractors, landlords, tenants, and government agencies.
- Permit Processes: You are responsible for obtaining building permits (Sections 34 and 31 of the German Building Code [BauGB], preparation of development plans) and coordinate consultations with government agencies.
- Collaboration with Finance: Together with the Finance team, you secure financing for the development.
- Sales Strategy: Together with sales management, you will take responsibility for sales documentation, sales assignments, and project refinement (including the declaration of division).
- Sustainability: You ensure that sustainability aspects are taken into account in project development.
- Stakeholder Management: You will maintain relationships with local authorities, community representatives, and the construction team.

- You hold a degree in real estate management, civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You are an experienced professional with several years of experience in the development of residential real estate projects, from acquisition through to completion and handover.
- You have in-depth knowledge of project development, building law, contract negotiations, and financing.
- Your analytical and structured approach to work, as well as your negotiation skills, set you apart.
- Your professional communication skills at all levels make your day-to-day work easier.
- Project management comes naturally to you: you keep track of numbers and processes, approach your projects with determination, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- You are a strong communicator and always strike the right tone when speaking with teammates, clients, executives, service providers, and other project stakeholders.
- You are proficient in using IT tools for data management, cost control, and presentations.
- A high degree of initiative, team spirit, and strong organizational skills round out your profile.
- Business-level proficiency in German and English is a plus.
