Customers attract customers
1. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are customers of the wvm Group who register using the form provided for this promotion.
2. Bonus Amount
For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a bonus of €2,500.
3. Scope of the Promotion
The “Buyers Refer Buyers” promotion applies exclusively to real estate projects in Berlin and the surrounding area.
4. Successful Referral
A referral is considered successful if the referred person contacts Wvm Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH on their own initiative, provides the referrer’s name, and subsequently has a purchase agreement for the relevant property notarized.
5. Exclusion of Existing Transactions
A referral can only be considered valid if, at the time of the referral, the referred prospective buyer had not yet had any contact with wvm Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH and there is no reservation, notary appointment, or notarized contract in place.
6. Multiple Referrers
If the same person is recommended by multiple participants, the recommendation is attributed to the person whose recommendation was first clearly documented by wvm Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH.
7. Validity of the Referral
A referral is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of registration or clear assignment.
8. Payment of the Bonus
Entitlement to the bonus arises upon successful notarization. Payment will be made within six weeks after the conditions are met.
The bank account information required for this purpose will be requested personally from the referrer by an employee of wvm Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH only after the entitlement to the bonus has arisen.
9. Number of Referrals
There is no limit to the number of referrals.
10. Abuse
The wvm Group reserves the right not to recognize referrals if there are indications of abusive or improper use of the promotion.
