A vision becomes reality – 10 years of the wvm Group Berlin

Ten years ago, there was just an idea: Could we bring what made the wvm Group in Cologne so strong to Berlin? Could we transfer our attitude, our experience, and our way of thinking about and implementing projects to this unique market? Today, the answer is yes.

Ten years of wvm Group Berlin mean ten years of growth, development, and buildings that have stood the test of time. Projects such as Tino-Schwierzina-Straße in Pankow, Berliner Straße, Pistoriusstraße and An den Achterhöfen are prime examples of what we mean when we say: "A vision becomes reality."

With over 580 apartments currently under construction for example on Aachener Straße, Berkenbrücker Steig, Bürgerstraße, Liebermannstraße, Roelckestraße and, last but not least, Zwieseler Straße – we are actively shaping the city in a visible way.

We see projects through to completion. And we build what we believe in: vibrant neighborhoods, intelligent architecture, and partnership-based cooperation. What drives us is the strength of the wvm Group Cologne.
