Flexibility is required to complete a project, especially when buyers withdraw.
In a recent development, the wvm Group, known as one of the most important private players in Cologne real estate development, has announced a decisive change to its project at Siegburger Straße 371. This development follows the decision by Schroders Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH to withdraw from the project and cancel the purchase due to changed market conditions.
"Our ability to adapt to market changes and our commitment to the Cologne community are at the heart of this new phase," says Erika Werres, Managing Director of the wvm Group. "The completion of our project reflects our commitment to creating high-quality living space for the city and actively contributing to urban development." The wvm Group is currently examining alternative sales concepts for the property.
The project, which covers a total area of approx. 3,720 m² and offers 37 residential units and 32 underground parking spaces, is an example of the wvm Group's commitment to sustainable and quality-conscious construction in Cologne.
Frank Piepers, Managing Director of the wvm Group and Head of the Construction Department, emphasizes: "Our goal is to enrich the Cologne real estate market through timely completion and high-quality construction. This project shows how we as a company are actively contributing to urban development in Cologne."
A particular concern of the wvm Group is to take into account the needs of prospective tenants who registered early. "We have already informed prospective tenants about the current status and will continue to keep them up to date. This reflects our commitment to acting responsibly and for the benefit of Cologne's citizens," explains Werres.
The wvm Group reaffirms its commitment to creating new living space and sustainable urban development in Cologne-Poll, further underlining its role as a major player in the Cologne real estate market.
