Leyendecker brings greenery back to the urban space: around 30 newly planted trees and lovingly designed gardens transform the inner courtyard into a lively oasis. Extensive green roofs promote biodiversity and improve the microclimate.

A large infiltration trench beneath the underground car park ensures that rainwater falling on the property can seep away sustainably. This well-thought-out solution makes an important contribution to optimizing drainage in urban areas and coping with heavy rainfall events.

Sustainable mobility is a top priority at Leyendecker: 65 underground parking spaces are e-mobility-ready and equipped with a total charging capacity of 153 kW. The ecologically generated electricity is supplied by Naturstrom AG, with 100% of its energy coming from solar, wind, and water sources. Dynamic load management optimizes energy distribution within the charging infrastructure so that no resources are wasted.

In addition, there are 187 bicycle parking spaces, including 19 specifically for cargo bikes. This solution is particularly ideal for families and environmentally friendly transportation. The Leyendecker thus offers modern answers to the mobility questions of the future.

In collaboration with naturstrom AG, air-to-water heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, and an innovative technology center are being used to create a forward-looking heat supply for heating and hot water.
