Each residential unit has at least one balcony, a loggia, or a (roof) terrace, giving you direct access to nature and the neighborhood. Thanks to its location close to nature and its architectural features, LÜCK offers a completely new living experience. The collaboration with naturstrom AG ensures that the district's heat supply is sourced exclusively from renewable energies: a heat pump uses the heat from the nearby sewer as a source to supply heat to the entire district.
