Each apartment in LÜCK has its own balcony, loggia, or roof terrace, offering residents their own personal outdoor space. The ground floor apartments also feature terraces and gardens, providing a direct connection to nature. There are 124 underground parking spaces and 144 above-ground bicycle parking spaces (16 of which are for cargo bikes) available in the LÜCK. The parking spaces can be equipped with wall boxes on request. Your car will then be charged with electricity from naturstrom – i.e., 100% green electricity. The car-free interior creates a pleasant and safe environment. In addition, the barrier-free apartment entrances comply with the building regulations of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia to ensure maximum living comfort and accessibility.

The collaboration with naturstrom AG ensures that the district's heat supply is sourced exclusively from renewable energies: a heat pump uses the heat from the nearby sewer as a source to supply heat to the entire district. The heat pump is powered by solar power from photovoltaic systems on the roof and 100 percent green electricity from naturstrom from the grid. Learn more
