The new construction project at Berliner Straße 46-49 in Französchisch Buchholz is setting a new green accent in the cityscape with 24 new condominiums in three multi-family houses and 26 terraced houses. The apartment buildings run parallel to Berliner Straße. At the rear, 26 terraced houses open up and enclose the communal area with green spaces and a children's playground – underneath are 36 underground parking spaces. An existing apartment building with a total of six apartments, some of which are rented, is integrated into the new construction project.
