At Bürgerstraße 53, 41 condominiums with living areas ranging from approximately 57 to 120 square meters, two commercial units, and the new daycare center were built. The new building (EH40) relies on energy-efficient district heating and a rooftop photovoltaic system. Despite the limited space on the property, stormwater is managed on-site. To achieve this, significant investment was made in retention areas. A green roof, spacious outdoor areas, 28 underground parking spaces equipped for electric vehicles, and 40 bicycle parking spaces round out the new development. The apartments feature balconies or rooftop terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, in-floor heating, and, in some cases, barrier-free floor plans.
The daycare center is located on the ground floor of the Bo Carrée residential project and features approximately 600 square meters of interior space as well as an open area of about 490 square meters with various activity and play zones, providing space for 81 children.
