The new construction project was sold to Aachener Grundvermögen Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft in a forward deal, enabling the development of 73 rental apartments at Methweg 73. Three buildings with 73 residential units and six commercial spaces on the ground floors are being constructed on the approximately 4,400 m² site. The 1- to 4-bedroom apartments are distributed across four full stories and a penthouse level per building. Green spaces and playgrounds between the buildings break up the development.
